Kuban State Medical University (KubSMU), established in 1920, is one of Russia’s oldest medical institutions, located in Krasnodar. Managed by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, it offers a range of medical programs across seven faculties, including General Medicine, Pediatrics, Dentistry, Preventive Medicine, and Pharmacy. The university is recognized by major international organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the National Medical Commission (NMC) of India. The medium of instruction includes both English and Russian, catering to a diverse student body of over 7,000 students, including more than 700 international students from 57 countries. The MBBS program spans approximately 5.8 years, including a one-year internship.
